Shervin Pishevar is perhaps most known as the Managing Director and co-founder of the Sherpa Venture capital firm, but he has a number of other active businesses as well. Shervin Pishevar also used to be the Managing Director at Menlo Ventures, where he was involved with the launch of the Menlo Talent Fund, before acquiring his current position in Sherpa Ventures.
As a serial entrepreneur, Shervin Pishevar has established several businesses. Webs.com is one of his most successful ones, along with the Hyper Office and Social Gaming Network. His startups have amassed over 100 million users and have raised millions over the years.
Mr. Pishevar has a strong presence in the investment industry, and he has amassed a reputation as an angel investor. The title is denoted to investors that direct funds to a large number of corporations. Shervin, in particular, is a contributor to 60 companies. They work in industries such as commerce, advertisement, technology, mobile, and media, among others.
Over the years, Pishevar has established himself in his line of work. That has earned him recognition as well as a few awards. Mr. Pishevar graduated from the University of California. He holds a bachelor’s in interdisciplinary studies.
